Stripped bare

I saw her from across the meadow
a doe tiptoeing tentatively through
the grass, glancing back at her home
a thicket of dark, dense green

She was delicate, but deliberate
as she strode toward the stream
a ballerina beautifully exposed
and perfect in her nakedness

    I meant to start back up with the April PAD. But, of course, it's already the 10th and I'm just now joining in. Sigh. Must make more time for this. Truly.
