To the rescue

The castle walls
of fairy tales and fantasy
have no place

in the bedrooms
of little girls who will
one day wonder

why no one
is coming to save them.

She'll build her
own walls for lovers to
climb when she

learns that no
one is coming to her
rescue and one

day she must
learn to save herself.
